Jennifer has been with Destinys from day one. She graduated from the University of Akron in with an Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts. She has worked in the Food and Beverage industry for over 27 years. Her education and background in the hospitality industry provide the organization with a top-rate event planner. There is no party too big, too small, too fancy, or to simple that she cannot handle and plan. Her food displays are without equal in the area and her focus on detail sets her far beyond her peers in the region. Currently she is the Director of Operations for Destinys Catering at Molloy’s on the Green.
Culinary Team Leader & Special Projects Coordinator
Roger began working with food in 1980 at his brother’s produce store. Foodservice was never a career he planned, it just happened to be something which he enjoyed and for which he had some natural ability. All of these years later, it looks like it is now part of the plan. In 1996, Roger opened a restaurant in Fairfield, Destinys. This eventually led to the company Destinys Cateringand Banquets. In 2010, during the economic turndown, Roger and his wife, Jenn, sold Destinys to Vonderhaar’s Catering. Roger now oversees the culinary division for the entire organization and helps develop new menu items and concepts. He also works on special projects such as Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park and business development such as Nathanael Greene Lodge and Gorman Heritage Farms. Roger travels to all divisions and assists wherever necessary.
When not working, Roger enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenn, (who oversees the Destinys Catering division of the company) and his daughters, Hannah and Katie. He also enjoys volunteering at church.

Molly has always been around food thanks to the restaurant her parents owned, Kraus’ Pizza, for almost her entire life. As soon as she was able, she began working with her parents, and this helped develop a love for food. She recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Art Institutes, receiving an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts. Molly is excited to jump into the catering world and use her skills to create and develop great menu items.
